Blood Hunter
Base Class: Blood Hunter

Since the beginning of man and magic, there has been a secret society of humans with the ability to use their blood to imbue their weapons and allies with beyond normal capabilities. This ancient group became dedicated to protecting the flow of life and death from all those who would pervert it to their own means. Any who accepted the sacred code became almost immortal, sworn to protect the cycle of life and death and given special powers that no other Blood Hunter Order can fully master. With the ability to perceive the life force in front of them, Stitchers can concentrate the magic within their blood and have powers that are advantageous to all situations.

Threading the Needle

The process of what the Stitchers call "Threading the Needle" is both an ongoing process of constantly working on yourself from the inside out to allow for true healing from the horrors imbued into oneself to allow for the powers given by joining the Order and the process of gaining the powers from the Order.

With this feature, you gain the ability to as an action, focus the magic into your weapons or your allies by choosing either Honed Threading or Leathery Weave. The duration lasts until someone affected by this feature is downed or the amount of minutes equal to half your blood hunter level rounded down has passed.

Interweaving Bond

Starting at 7th level, the bonds of those both within the Order and your allies along with training your powers has allowed Threading the Needle to be improved upon and you now gain the ability to use up a charge of Blood Maledict to regain 1d4 uses of Leathery Weave. You must take a short rest before using this feature again.

Brand of the Sapping Scar

Upon reaching 11th level, your Brand of Castigation feature digs dark arcane scars into your target, leaving them vulnerable to your magic. A creature branded by you has the possibility to heal all allies within 30ft diameter sphere for damage dealt split equally.

Reinforcing Thread

At 15th level, your Threading the Needle feature is further improved and can now allow for Leathery Weave to be used as a bonus action.

Arachne's Revenge

Starting at 18th level, your Threading the Needle feature improves to its final stage. You learn to remove the life energy of your fallen prey from the flow of life and death. You gain the Blood Curse of the Unraveling for your Blood Maledict feature. This doesn’t count against your number of blood curses known.
