Base Class: Monk
The Way of the Dragon Fist is a rare practice, requiring a strong instinct and an even stronger will. Channel the might of dragons and while you may fall, no one can keep you down.
Dragon Rage Technique
Starting at 3rd level, your training leads you to a much more dominant aura and demeanor. When you make an attack against a creature, you add +1 to attack and damage rolls against that target for every time you hit them with an attack since the end of your last turn. This bonus increases to +2 at 10th level and +3 at 17th level.
Additionally, you may add your Wisdom Modifier to any Charisma based checks and saving throws you make.
Dragon Rage Destruction
Starting at 6th level, the might of the dragons starts to manifest further. You may use 2 ki points to take the Dash action, no action required. You gain a fly speed equal to twice your walking speed until the end of turn if you do this. When you do this, you also gain advantage on your attacks until the end of the turn.
Starting at 10th level, you also regain hit points equal to your Monk level when you use this special action.
Dragon Rage Retaliation
Starting at 11th level, your training has given you an indomitable will, never backing down from anything. You are immune to the Frightened and Charmed conditions, and when you are under the effects of the Dodge action, you may make an attack against creatures who miss you with an attack as a reaction. You may spend a Ki Point to regain your reaction.
Additionally, you have advantage on Insight and Perception checks.
Dragon Rage Resilience
Starting at 17th level, the true might of the dragons has formed, and nothing can hold you back. Your maximum hit points and your stats can not be lowered by any source.
Additionally, while above half your maximum hit points you may add your Wisdom modifier to damage rolls you make. While below half your maximum hit points you gain half the damage you deal in temporary hit points.
