Bards often live life on a whim. Some might say they have a small connection to chaos. Why are things the way they are, it is the College of Questions job to figure out the proper place for everything in the universe.

Level 3. Fabled Spellcasting

Once per short rest you may ignore the components for casting a spell. You may use this on an ally so they may ignore the components for casting a spell.

Level 6. Potential of chaos

When you roll initiative, also roll for performance. For each number over 10 gain an Object of Control. Objects of Control are inanimate objects (Rocks, sticks, books, glass viles).
Objects of Control can be used in 3 ways:
1. On your turn as a bonus action, fling as many as you want at an enemy each doing 1d4 damage plus proficiency.
2. As a reaction when hit by an attack, use as many as you want to reduce the damage of the attack each one reducing damage by 1d4 plus proficiency.
3. Swapping the positions of an Object of Control with a willing creature.

Level 14. Dimensional Questioning

On your turn, as a FREE action, convert as many Objects of Control as you wish by rolling for each individually on the Dimensional Table. These changes convert back to their normal form when the initiative is dropped.

6. A genies Vessel. (Genie can not grant any wishes. It can communicate and if it wants to be found can give its true location to Bard/party)

9. A Gith Sage appears. Can help or hurt the party.
10. Aggressive swarm of insects. Attacks the nearest person.
11. Speaking stone (Will remain speaking stone indefinitely)
