When you make an attack against an enemy, they must make a WIS saving through against a DC of your Proficiency + Dexterity Bonus + half your Rogue level. If the enemy fails, this saving throw it is charmed by you until the end of your next turn.

Your speech and presence are elegant and showy. You gain proficiency in [CHA] Persuasion and [CHA] Performance checks.

Colorful Fireworks

Now whenever you use your Bombastic Sneak attack roll a d8 to determine what color they are.

1 - Red - Fire Damage

2 - Orange - Force Damage

3 - Yellow - Thunder Damage

4 - Green - Paralyzes within 15ft

5 - Blue - Lightning Damage

6 - Purple - Poison Effect within 15ft

7 - White - Radiant Damage

8 - Black - Necrotic Damage

Firework Shot

Whenever you make a thrown weapon attack it becomes a massive firework that deals extra thunder damage. This also deafens anyone within 30ft.
