Rogue
Base Class: Rogue

As a Hysteria Rogue, you deal in controlling many opponents at once while disabling them with the frightened condition.

Fearmonger

At 3rd level, gain immunity to the Frightened condition and gain advantage on all attacks against enemies with the Frightened condition.

Withering Gaze

at 3rd level, as a bonus action, make an intimidation roll against an enemy within 30ft of you. The target must succeed on an insight saving roll or be frightened of you for 1 minute. If the target fails the check by a total of 5 or more they have disadvantage on any wisdom saves to end the condition. At the end of the affected enemy’s turn, they may reroll their insight roll. Only one target may be affected at a time, and using this ability against another enemy removes the condition from the previous target.

Paranoia

At 9th level, you ignore resistance to the Frightened condition and immunity to the Frightened condition becomes resistance.

Mass Hysteria

At 13th level, when a target becomes frightened of you, all other enemies within a 5ft radius of the target must make their own insight rolls against the intimidation roll. If they fail this save, this effect replicates to all other enemies within a 5ft radius. This effect may replicate to enemies a number of squares away equal to your proficiency bonus from the original target.

Devour Hope

At 17th level, when you kill an enemy frightened of you, all enemies within a 20ft radius must roll an insight roll against your intimidation roll. On a failed save, the target becomes frightened of you. If the target is already frightened of you, they are forced out of combat for 1d6 minutes while they cower in fear of you. Attacks against a cowering enemy are critical hits, and attacking an enemy will re-enter them into combat.
