the Battle surgeon is both an effective support and damage dealer as they pester the enemy with harmful afflictions whilst simultaneously patching up allies wounds

Surgical precision

Your advanced understanding of anatomy allows you to vivisect your enemies alive, weakening and crippling them as you methodically carve them to pieces.

When you successfully land a sneak attack with a melee weapon you may afflict the target with one of the following effects.

Immobilise: you cripple the target by slicing at its tendons and ligaments, reducing its speed to 0 until the end of its next turn.

Bleed: you slice a vital artery causing the target to begin bleeding profusely. The afflicted creature takes 1d4 necrotic damage at the start of each of its turns until it or another creature within 5ft takes an action to stop the bleeding. (This effect cannot stack

Blind: The target must make a constitution saving throw or be blinded until the end of its next turn.

Torture: you cut the target in a particularly cruel way, inflicting extreme pain. The target has disadvantage on all concentration checks and spell attacks until the end of its next turn.

You may use this feature a number of times equal to your wisdom modifier. All uses are regained after a long rest. Undead, oozes, and constructs are unaffected by this feature. As might some other creatures the DM rules as immune 

your save DC is 8+ your wisdom modifier + your proficiency bonus

Medicinal training

You gain expertise in the medicine skill.

Combat Medic

As a bonus action you may make a medicine check to stabilise a downed creature within 5ft of you or use a potion

Additionally, whenever you administer or consume a potion you may add your wisdom modifier to the first roll of its healing effects.

 

Potion brewer

When you take a long rest you may create a number of healing potions equal to your wisdom modifier. the potions restore 3d8+4 health and last until you take another long rest.

When you administer or consume a potion that would restore health, you may forgo its healing effects and instead end the Blind, Deaf, Paralysed, or Poisoned condition effecting the creature.

 

Masterful incision

Once per long rest you may use this feature when you land a sneak attack. The target must make constitution saving throw or take 10d8+30 necrotic necrotic damage at the end of its next turn. If the target succeeds the save you regain the charge.
