Base Class: Warlock
You have made your pact with a powerful creature that watches over the Shadowfell. Such entities are often incredibly long lived, if not immortal, and know ancient secrets that have been eroded away in time. Many such denizens of the Shadowfell have nefarious agenda, but there are some that seek to inhibit the spread of darkness across the multiverse instead. Whether your patron is a force of malevolence of benevolence may be unknown to you, but none the less you have ended up in their service. Such powerful entities can include the Raven Queen, the Dark Powers, Jallzem, and the Distorted Nightmare.

Secrets of the Dark
At 1st level, you learn the toll of the dead cantrip and the void bolt* spell. These spells do not count against the number of warlock cantrips or spells you know.
Spells annotated with * are detailed later in the spell section down below.
Shadow Ward
Starting 1st level, your patron has taught you how to weave a ward of darkness to help protect you and your allies from harm. As a bonus action you can give temporary hit points equal to 1d6 plus your Charisma modifier to yourself and up to your Charisma modifier number of creatures that you can see within 30 feet of you. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus and any spent usages replenish at the end of a long rest.
Shadow Weaver
Starting at 6th level, your link to the powers that hold sway over the Shadowfell infuses you with necrotic energy. You have resistance to necrotic damage, and when you cast a spell that deals necrotic damage, you can add your Charisma modifier to one necrotic damage roll of that spell against one of its targets. Additionally, if you damage a creature with a weapon attack you can do additional necrotic damage equal to your proficiency bonus once per turn.
Night Shroud
Starting at 10th level, darkness clings to your body in a way which makes it difficult for enemies to determine your exact location. Attacks rolls made against you are done at disadvantage and your attack rolls are done with advantage while you are in dim light or darkness. An attacker is immune to this effect if it doesn't rely on sight, as with blindsight, or can see through illusions, as with truesight.
Additionally, when you cast your more potent spells you can create threads of darkness to appear in the space around you. After you cast a level 1 or higher warlock spell you can create a five foot radius sphere of magical dimness centered on yourself. This dimness lowers the light quality in that space turning bright light into dim light and dim light becomes darkness. This dimness lasts for up to 1 minute or until you end it on your turn, no action required.
Dark Tithe
Starting at 14th level, your patrons sway over the forces of death can manifest at your most dire moments, propelling you beyond your normal limits. When you have to make a death saving throw at the start of your turn, you can instead rise back to your feet with a flush of necrotic energy. You regain hit points equal to half your hit point maximum, and then you stand up if you so choose. Enemy creatures within 30 feet of you have disadvantage on saving throws against your spells until the end of your turn. Also, you gain the benefits of your Night Shroud feature until the start of your next turn, regardless if you are in dim light or darkness.
Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.
