Base Class: Rogue
A gust on the storm able to decimate anyone who comes close enough.
Mist Delver
When you choose this archetype at 3rd level, you learn how to generate the perfect environment for your techniques. As a bonus action, you may cast Fog Cloud, without using any components. Your maximum range for casting this spell is 10 feet. You can cast this spell a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus per long rest.
At 13th level you learn the spell Sleet Storm and you can cast it using the same conditions: bonus action, no components, 10 foot maximum range. You can cast this spell 2 times per long rest.
Your save DC for these spells is 8 + Intelligence modifier + proficiency bonus.
You are able to see through both your spells and through natural weather effects, ignoring conditions that lightly or heavily obscure the area based on weather, such as rain or fog.
Whisper of the Mist
Starting at 3rd level, your training has made you a hunter within the mist.
You don’t need advantage on the attack roll to use your Sneak Attack against a creature if you are within the area of Fog Cloud, Sleet Storm or rainy weather, as long as you don’t have disadvantage on the attack roll.
Haze Bender
At 9th level, you become one with the mist. While in the area of your Mist Delver spells or rain, you can teleport within the area as part of your movement. The maximum range you may teleport is 120 feet.
Nimbus Typhoon
Starting at 13th level, you may unleash a special technique. As an action, you can attack each creature within the area of effect of one of your Mist Delver spells, and you may apply Sneak Attack damage on each of the attacks that hit.
You may perform this technique twice per long rest. At 17th level, you gain a third use of the technique.
Last Storm
Beginning at 17th level, your mastery of the Mist techniques lets you turn a normal attack into its full power in combat. Once per short rest, if you hit a creature that is within the area of effect of one of your spells or in rainy weather, you can choose to make that roll a Critical hit.
