Base Class: Rogue
Far to the north of Ashina lies the Usui Forests, a perfect place to abandon would-be rogues, brigands, other deceptive types. Filled with mysticisms and mists, people who venture here are unlikely to return. Here, The late Lady Butterfly, honed her techniques to perfection before leaving this place to others.
Butterfly Drop
Starting at 3rd level, when you fall and aren't incapacitated, you can subtract up to 30 feet from the fall when calculating falling damage. If you feel at least 15 feet towards a creature before hitting it with a melee weapon attack, you can use your Sneak Attack against the target even if you don't have advantage on the attack roll, but not if you have disadvantage.
Trapeze Illusionist
Also at 3rd level, you can use a bonus action to conjure an invisible, near imperceptible, magic wire between two points up to 60 feet apart you can see within 20 feet of yourself. If you create the wire in mid-air, it remains fixed in place. A creature can detect the wire with a successful Wisdom (Perception) check, the DC (8 + your proficiency bonus + your Intelligence modifier.)
As part of the bonus action used to create a wire, or as a bonus action on subsequent turns, you can jump up to 20 feet without triggering opportunity attacks onto a length of wire. The wire can support your weight, and you can move along it without making an ability check. A wire snaps if it is forced to carry more than your weight. A wire also disappears after 10 minutes, or if you cause it to disappear.
Usui Forest Spirit
Starting at 9th level, you can cast silent image at will, without expending a spell slot or requiring material components, you snap your fingers together as part of the casting. You can move the image as a bonus action instead of an action. When you create the image of a Medium or smaller beast or humanoid, it counts as an enemy to any creature hostile to you for the purpose of your Sneak Attack, and you can cause it to make simple grunting or snarling sounds.
Butterfly Migration
At 13th level, when you use your Usui Forest Spirit ability to create the image of a beast or humanoid, you can create up to your proficiency modifier instead of just one. You can move one or more of the images as a bonus action on subsequent turns (As stated in the spell).
Also, you can use your action to dispel all images you have created to create a swarm of illusory butterflies. For each image you dispelled, choose a creature you can see within 60 feet of you to make a Wisdom saving throw (DC 8 + your proficiency modifier + your Intelligence modifier). Roll your Sneak Attack dice and deal the result as psychic damage on a failed save, or half as much on a success.
You can only do this an amount of times equal to half of your proficiency modifier, rounded down.
Illusory Life
At 17th level, when you are reduced to 0 hit points for the first time, you can disappear and then reappear at the start of your next turn, up to 60 feet away from your original position in an unoccupied space with half your maximum hit points restored.
Once you use this ability, you can't do so again until you finish a long rest.
