Base Class: Paladin
The Oath of the Blood Moon binds a paladin to the chaotic tenets of the goddess Morvina. Under her auspices, these knights engage in the fight against the undead, defend those who cannot protect themselves, and delve into the darkness in search of knowledge. Their watchful eyes are ever alert to the moon's phases, drawing strength and guidance from the Crimson Moon's presence. Often, these paladins are scholars and warriors, their intellect as sharp as their blade.
Channel Divinity
When you take this oath at 3rd level, you gain the following two Channel Divinity options.
-
Echo of the Crimson Moonglaive: As a bonus action, you present your holy symbol and summon an echo of the legendary Crimson Moonglaive, using your Channel Divinity. For the next minute, your weapon of choice becomes imbued with the power of Morvina, shimmering in an intimidating, crimson glow that illuminates a 15-foot radius. While your weapon is transformed, it deals an additional 1d4 radiant damage on a successful hit. The first time you hit a creature with your transformed weapon on each of your turns, the target becomes marked by the crimson glow until the start of your next turn. All attack rolls against the marked creature have advantage, as the red illumination makes it easier to target.
-
Morvina's Enlightenment: As an action, you present your holy symbol and beseech Morvina to reveal the hidden truths, using your Channel Divinity. For the next minute, you gain advantage on all Intelligence (Arcana) and Wisdom (Insight) checks.

Aura of Resolve
At 7th level, your relentless pursuit of knowledge and undying courage begins to inspire those around you. Whenever you or a friendly creature within 10 feet of you must make a saving throw, the creature gains a bonus to the saving throw equal to your Charisma modifier (with a minimum bonus of +1). You must be conscious to grant this bonus. At 18th level, the range of this aura increases to 30 feet.
Moon's Guidance
At 15th level, you have become deeply attuned to the ebb and flow of the lunar phases and the cosmic rhythm. As an action, you can call upon Morvina's guidance, allowing you to tap into the goddess's celestial wisdom. For one minute, your weapon attacks deal an extra 1d8 radiant damage, and when you or a creature within 30 feet of you makes an attack roll, you can use your reaction to grant advantage on that roll. Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.
Avatar of the Crimson Moon
At 20th level, as an action, you can assume the form of a celestial avatar, taking on the otherworldly presence of Morvina herself. For ten minutes, you gain the following benefits:
- You emit a bright crimson light in a 30-foot radius. This light turns dim light into bright light and darkness into dim light. Within this bright light, your allies have advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
- Your weapon attacks deal an additional 2d8 radiant damage.
- As a bonus action, you can call forth the essence of the Crimson Moonglaive. Each undead creature of your choice that you can see within 30 feet of you must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the creature is frightened of you until the end of your next turn. On a successful save, the creature takes 2d8 radiant damage.
- At the end of each of your turns, you and each ally within the light regain hit points equal to your Charisma modifier.
Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.
