Path of the Berserker Fixed

A Berserker's fury is matched only by their lethality. Barbarians who follow this path allow their overwhelming rage to consume them, using it to strike with unmatched speed and ferocity at the cost of their own well being.

This subclass focuses on reworking the way exhaustion is used to prevent the subclass from being significantly under powered while still providing a cost for using the frenzied rage. I also made this to be compatible with various weapons. My original intention was to allow for efficient dual wielding of battle axes, but it also works well with the pole arm master feat and its respective weapons. This subclass can also work with the great weapon master feat and great weapons (bonus action attack from PAM and bonus action attack on crit or kill from GWM).
