Sorcerer
Base Class: Sorcerer

Cantrips are the basics for any spellcaster. Those who study Prime Magic can learn to empower these cantrips and alter their abilities further.

Additional Cantrips

At 1st level, choose two additional cantrips from the Bard, Druid, Sorcerer and Wizard spell lists.

Additional Cantrip

At 5th level, gain an additional cantrip from the Bard, Druid, Sorcerer, or Wizard spell lists.

Additional Cantrip

At 11th level, gain an additional cantrip from any spell list.

Additional Cantrip

At 17th level, gain an additional cantrip from any spell list.

Primal Spark

When you reach 3rd level, gain 2 charges of Primal Spark.

When you would cast a cantrip with metamagic, you may spend one charge of Primal Spark to reduce the Sorcery Point cost by one. All Primal Spark charges reset on a short or long rest.

Gain an additional charge when you reach 5th level, 11th level, and 17th level.

Quickened Cantrips

When you reach 6th level, if you have the Quickened Metamagic option, you may replace it with a different Metamagic option.

Starting at 6th level, whenever you cast a spell and deal no damage, you may cast another cantrip as though it was Quickened; you can still add metamagic to the cantrip.

Tied Concentration

Starting at 14th level, by spending a Primal Spark, you can cast a cantrip that requires concentration even if you are currently concentrating on a spell; the cantrip is tied to the spell. Concentration on the cantrip is lost when you use this feature again or when you lose concentration on the spell the cantrip is tied to.

Channel the Spirit

Starting at 14th level, you may use a bonus action to either spend a hit die and regain a spent sorcery point, or spend a sorcery point to regain a spent hit die.

Go Beyond

Starting at 18th level, if you were to start your turn with no available spell slots, for one minute:

  • The restriction of only one Metamagic option per spell is ignored, as long they are different metamagic options.
  • You regain one Primal Spark per turn.

This ability can only be used once per long rest.
