Base Class: Monk
Your abilities are focused on on blocking the magical abilities of others.
Being unable to cast magic yourself you use your ki to impede your enemies. Hindering them while protection yourself and your friends.
Displace magic
At 3th level,
When you or a creature within 5 feet of you is targeted by a ranged magic attack that you are aware of, you may use a reaction to displace its magical effects.
Damage taken by this attack is reduced by (3)1d6+[STR] and any negative status effects are not applied.
This ability has charges equal to your proficiency bonus, recharges on long rest.
At higher levels:
The damage reduction becomes 2d6 at 9th level and 2d8 at 14th level
Wild infuse
At 6th level,
When a creature within 30 feet of you casts a spell you may, as a reaction, expend 2 ki points to alter their magic abilities causing their magic to go out of controll.
The creature must make a DC12+STR saving throwing using their spell casting ability. On fail the casting of their spell is canceld, Roll 1d6: The result is the following effect.
1: The spell is redirected at a random friendly creature within range, if there are none the spell targets the caster
2: The spells effect becomes "Heal the target creature for (2)1d4+[Mod] health"
3: The spells effect becomes that of 'true strike'
4: The caster gains a level of exaustion
5: The spells effect becomes that of 'Fire bolt'
6: Any negative effects the caster had are removed
Hold spell
At 11th level,
When you or a creature within 5 feet of you is targeted by a spell that you are aware of, you may use a reaction to capture the magical effect.
Make a STR check using the casters spell DC. On succes you capture the spell and cancel it's effect(s). On fail nothing happends and the spell continues like normal.
If you capture a spell you may, within 1 minute, cast the spell once without expending a spell slot of matirial components.
This ability has 2 charges and recharges on a long rest.
Magic shield
At 17th level,
You may use an action to activate a anti-magic shield around you or one willing creature within 10 feet.
The protected creature gains resistance to all magical damage from (8)3d4+2 magical attacks. The effect also ends after 1 minute.
This ability may be used once per long rest.
