Base Class: Monk

Way of Density Monks are masters of using the weight of themselves and things they are holding to great effect. Whether using heavy objects as anchors to perform great feats of acrobatics, or using their own lightness to take opponents off guard, Way of Density Monks are unstoppable blurs of Steel and Fist.

Those who follow the Way of Density walk all sort of paths, from performers on the streets, to soldiers on a battlefield, to noble duelists trying to impress a suitor.

the Monks who follow this way can often be seen carrying the largest weapon they can find while wearing as light clothing as they can.

Heavy Arms

3rd level Way of Density Feature

You gain proficiency with heavy weapons, they count as monk weapons for you.

Surprising Weight

3rd level Way of Density Feature

You gain proficiency with the acrobatics and athletics skills.
After you use your Flurry of Blows feature you can move 5 feet to any unoccupied space you can see, or push your target 5 feet away to any unoccupied space you can see. this distance increases by 5 feet at the 6th, 11th, and 17th level

Heavy Ki

6th level Way of Density Feature

When you hit an enemy with a heavy weapon you can infuse your Ki into your attack, spending 1 Ki point to force your opponent to make a CON save, on a failure their movement speed is halved until the start of your next turn. You may only use this feature once per turn.
The distance of your Surprising Weight feature increases to 10 feet.

Great Sweep

11th level Way of Density Feature

As an action you can spend 3 Ki points to sweep your heavy weapon in front of you at your target. Make an opposed Athletics check using your wisdom instead of strength, If successful your target cannot make reactions, and only take either a movement, an action, or a bonus action on their turn, until the end of your next turn.
The distance of your Surprising Weight feature increases to 15 feet.

Weightlessness

17th level Way of Density Feature

You have mastered using weight to your advantage. As a bonus action on your turn you may spend 5 Ki points to double your movement speed, and gain one more attack when you make the attack action for 10 minutes. You also gain a fly speed equal to your movement speed while Weightlessness is active but cannot end your turn in the air.
The distance of your Surprising Weight feature increases to 20 feet.
