College of the Wind

College of wind utilizes wind based spells, and allows bardic inspiration to be communicated over distances, as long as there's nothing to block the wind

Song of the Wind

Starting at 3rd level, you are able to cast bardic inspiration on any willing target, regardless of location, as long as a) neither of you are in an enclosed space without openings, b) you are aware of their location, and c) you are on the same plane of existence.

At 6th level, expending 1 Bardic Inspiration allows you to cast ranged single-target spells on any willing creature, with the same conditions. Additionally, the spell must have a Vocal (V) component, use a musical focus, and if you are unable to see the target, there's a 5% chance the spell does not reach them.

Tales of the Wind

At 3rd level, gain the Gust cantrip, and the following spells as you level up. These spells count as bard spells for you, but aren't counted against your total known Bard spells.

Cantrip: Gust

1st Level: Zephyr Strike

2nd Level: Gust of Wind

3rd Level: Sending, Wind Wall

5th Level: Control Winds, Steel Wind Strike

6th Level: Find the Path, Investiture of Wind

Inspiring Breeze

At 6th level, when a friendly creature you can see makes an ability check or saving throw, as a reaction you may expend one Bardic Inspiration dice and add it to their roll. This can be used after they make their roll, but before the DM decides the outcome.

You may move a Bardic Inspiration die from one ally you can see to the target.

At 14th level, when an ally uses bardic inspiration to defeat an enemy, regain that bardic inspiration die.

One With the Gale

At 14th level, while moving outdoors, you are no longer hindered by difficult terrain, and your movement speed is increased by 10ft. Additionally, you gain advantage in stealth and acrobatics checks while outdoors. You regain 1 Bardic Inspiration die when beginning combat outdoors.
