Base Class: Monk
Some monks try to hone their minds, control their emotions, or improve their connection to the universe, you just want chiseled abs and boy did you succeed. You are tough, you are immovable, and you look like it. Now it's time to show off those glamor muscles by adventuring.
Jacked Physique
3rd level Way of the Swole Soul feature
You have trained yourself to be tough in both body and spirit
You gain the tough feat [you must manually add the feat to your character sheet]
You gain proficiency with con saves.
The first time you would fall to 0hp each day, you are instead knocked prone and are reduced to 1hp
Intense Training Regimen
6th level Way of the Swole Soul feature
Your hard work is yielding dividends in terms of what your body is capable of.
You may select an aspect of your training to emphasize in. You select additional emphases at levels 11 and 17.
Agility
You gain +5 feet of movement
Difficult terrain is not difficult for you
You may use your DEX instead of STR when determining your jump
Bulk
Where most monks rely on their heightened awareness to dodge attacks, you just shrug them off honey badger style.
You may use your CON modifier for unarmored defense instead of your WIS modifier.

Endurance
Whenever you would receive damage, as a reaction, you may take 1 point of exhaustion to gain a number of temporary hit points equal to your Monk level + CON modifier.
Finishing a short rest reduces your exhaustion by 1 point, and finishing a long rest reduces your exhaustion by 2 points.
Glamor Muscles
You mere presence makes people feel insecure about their bodies.
A number of times per long rest equal to your proficiency bonus, you may flex your muscles to add a bonus to your next charisma ability check equal to your constitution modifier.
Reflexes
You may Disengage as a bonus action
Whenever a creature within 5 feet of you makes an attack against a target other than you, you can use your reaction to make an unarmed strike against the attacking creature.
Quick Recovery
When you roll a Hit Die to regain hit points, the minimum number of hit points you regain from the roll equals your Constitution modifier.
Your martial arts die increases to a d8. It will increase to a d10 at level 11 and a d12 at level 17.
Immovable
11th level Way of the Swole Soul feature
The only way you can be hurt is emotionally.
When you take damage, you can use your reaction to reduce that damage by your CON modifier.
Your martial arts die increases to a d10. It will increase to a d12 at level 17.
Uncanny Fitness
17th level Way of the Swole Soul feature
It shouldn't be possible to be as fit as you are.
Your max constution increases to 22.
Your martial arts die increases to a d12.
