Base Class: Sorcerer
Your magic springs from a mystical link between your soul and the magic of elemental earth. You might trace a distant ancestor to the Plane of Earth, maybe your family might have earned a mighty boon in return for a service to the dao lords, or perhaps you come from a land with abundance of magical minerals, and their mere existence has warped your own forever. Whatever your past, the magic of stone, earth, sand and the minerals of the world is yours to command.
Stoneheart Magic
You learn the mold earth cantrip, which counts as a sorcerer spell for you but it doesn't count against your number of cantrips known.
Additionally, you learn additional spells when you reach certain levels in this class, as shown in the Stoneheart Spells table. Each of these spells counts as a sorcerer spell for you, but it doesn't count against the number of sorcerer spells you know. Whenever you gain a sorcerer level, you can replace one spell you gained with this feature with another spell of the same level. The new spell must be an abjuration or a transmutation spell from the sorcerer or druid spell list.

Soul of the Mountain
Beginning when you first choose this origin at 3rd level, you gain the soul and fortitude of a mountain. You can use your Constitution score, instead of Strength, for Strength checks and Strength saving throws, as well as for determining your carrying capacity (set in character sheet).
In addition, while you aren’t wearing armor, your AC equals 13 + your Constitution modifier (set in character sheet), and you learn to write and read Primordial, though you can only speak the Terran dialect.
Stone's Aegis
Also at 3rd level, you can imbue creatures with the resilience of stone. As an action, or as a bonus action if you target yourself, choose one creature you can see within 30 feet of you. The chosen creature is cocooned by a mantle of magic and stone, as they gain temporary hit points equal to twice your Sorcerer level + your Charisma modifier, and a bonus to their AC equal to half your proficiency bonus (rounded down, minimum of one). The AC bonus and temporary hit points both vanish after 10 minutes.
You can use this feature number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, regaining all expended uses when you finish a long rest, or regaining one expended use by expending 2 Sorcery points.
Might of the Minerals
Starting at 6th level, your connection to stone grows in power, granting you the following features:
- Mineral Protection. As a reaction to a creature being damaged, as long as the creature is within 30 feet of you and you can see them, you can grant that creature resistance to bludgeoning, piercing or slashing damage until the beginning of their next turn.
- Mineral Creation. As an action, you can create one nonmagical item of your choice in an unoccupied space within 10 feet of you. The item must appear on a surface or in a liquid that can support it, and it must be Medium or smaller. The item can be Large at 6th level, and Huge at 14th. You may choose its shape and amount of detailing, though the item is made completely of stone, earth or a similar mineral; and it disappears after a number of hours equal to your proficiency bonus. You can have only one item created by this feature at a time; if you use this action and already have an item from this feature, the first one immediately vanishes.
You can use this feature once, regaining the ability to do so again when you finish a short or long rest, or by expending 2 sorcery points.
Bourne to Stone
At 14th level, you are one with the magic you command, granting you the following benefits:
- You gain a burrow speed of 10 feet.
- You gain tremorsense up to 20 feet.
- You can move across difficult terrain made of stone or other earth adjacent materials without expending extra movement.
- You are immune to being knocked prone or moved against your will.
- As a bonus action, you can teleport up to 60 feet to any creature affected by your Stone’s Aegis or Mineral Protection feature. You can do so twice, regaining the ability to do so again when you finish a short or long rest.
Will of the Stoneheart
By the time you’ve reached 18th level, you are one with the stone, earth and minerals you command, granting you the following benefits:
- Your Stone’s Aegis feature now grants creatures resistance against bludgeoning, piercing or slashing damage (your choice when you activate it).
- Whenever you finish a short or long rest, you gain the benefits of your Stone’s Aegis feature. When you do so, it doesn’t expend a use, and it lasts until you finish a short or long rest.
- You can now teleport to creatures affected by your Stone’s Aegis or Mineral Protection, as described in the Bourne to Stone subclass feature, with the same action, bonus action or reaction required to activate them, without expending a use.
