Base Class: Monk
Monks of the Way of the Master have trained their entire lives in pursuit of complete unity between them and their surroundings and weapons. They have become masters of the art of battle and of the battle field itself, able to weave through the battle field with ease. They learn techniques to use their ki to enhance their abilities and their analysis of their surroundings.
These monks start of with the ability to observe and predict their opponents movements if using a specific mastered weapon (to include their unarmed weapons). If successful, this will make them near untouchable by the enemies. Later on, these monks can use this same ability to predict their opponents moves to increase their defense against multiple opponents and later increase their possibility of landing strikes or making their strikes more lethal as they can find openings in opponents movements or their most lethal points.
Masters Weapons
Starting when you choose this tradition at 3rd level, you become a master of your special weapons. You become proficient with any 2 melee weapons of your choice. These weapons can not have the heavy or two handed trait. These weapons count as monk weapons for you. If you are already proficient, then this only allows you to gain the benefits of abilities listed later on.
Masters Sight
Starting when you choose this tradition at 3rd level, you become proficient in the insight skill. Also, as a reaction, you can spend a ki point to make a Wisdom (Insight) check against your attacker's Charisma (Deception) check. On a success and while carrying your Masters Weapons, during the attackers turn, all attacks against you are at a disadvantage, and any dexterity or strength saving throws you must make are at an advantage.
Perfected Training
At 6th level, you gain the ability to perceive how your opponent will attempt to dodge and are able to counterattack. As a bonus action while holding one of your Masters Weapons, you can spend 1 ki point to give yourself an advantage on all attacks during your turn. If you previously had a disadvantage it cancels out.
Dance of Battle
At 11th level, you have gained a purer insight into the moves of your opponent. Upon a successful use of Masters Sight, add your proficiency bonus to your AC as you are better able to parry and deflect your opponent's attacks.
Masters Eternal Training
At 17th level, you have mastered the ability to read movements in the splittist of seconds once a weapon meets flesh. Upon taking the attack action and while holding your Masters Weapons, you can spend up to 3 ki points and add that amount to hit and damage for all attacks. With every hit, these ki points can then stack onto your AC as you are better able to predict your opponent's movements. For example, if you were to use up 2 ki points and hit 2 times, then you would have an increase to your AC equal to 4. This only works with attacks using your master weapon. (Maximum of 2 per turn).
