Scrivener

The Order of Scriveners are masters of the use of spell scrolls. They believe that written magic is flexible in ways that spoken magic is not, and they prove it by pushing the boundaries of spellcasting to their utter limits.

Spell Scroll Savant

Beginning when you select this school at 2nd level, the gold and time you must spend to craft a spell scroll is halved.

Polymath

Starting at 2nd level when you choose this school, the range of magic you can cast using the written word greatly expands. You can identify and use spell scrolls from any spell list.

In addition, whenever you make an Intelligence check to use a spell scroll of a higher level than you could normally cast, you make the check at advantage.

Stenographer

Beginning at 6th level, you discover how to craft scrolls at unprecedented speed, using magical shorthand. Whenever you complete a long rest, choose a number of spells from your spellbook equal to your Intelligence modifier. The chosen spells must be of a level less than or equal to your proficiency bonus. You may create one Shorthand Scroll of each of the chosen spells. A Shorthand Scroll functions exactly the same as a normal spell scroll, but fades to a blank sheet at the end of your next long rest.

Legerdemain

Starting at 10th level, you can use spell scrolls with near-blinding speed. If the spell on a scroll would require an action or a bonus action to cast, you can use that scroll as either an action or a bonus action. You may use this feature a number of times per day equal to your proficiency bonus.

When you cast a spell from a scroll that requires 1 minute or longer, its casting time is halved. Changing the casting time this way does not consume a use of this feature.

Ambidextrous

Starting at 14th level, you learn to interweave written spells. You can cast a leveled spell as an action and another leveled spell as a bonus action on the same turn, as long as you cast both of them from scrolls. When you use this feature, you must finish a short or long rest before you can use it again.
