Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

In battle, the first to draw blood is not always the victor - Tome of Ilmater, Passage 36

The common view of a Barbarian is a battle hungry ravager who often lacks intellect to aspire to be more. Those who follow the Path of Penance, however, learn to endure the suffering of others to bring victory to their tribe, family, and/or friends.

Sacred Sacrifice

Upon choosing this path at level 3, your sacrifice in battle does not go unnoticed.

When you take damage while raging, you may use a bonus action to give one creature you can see 1d8 temporary hit points. They can only benefit from this feature once per rage.

Impenetrable Resolve

Where the mind goes, the body will follow. At level. 6, you've resolved yourself to live a life of combat and pain.

When raging, you are immune to psychic damage. You may also add your constitution bonus to persuasion checks.

Sacrifical Surge

You're notorious for putting yourself in the line of danger above your friends.

Upon reaching level 10, you inspire those around you to reach new heights.  Sacred Sacrifice now targets two creatures per use. Additionally, the creature gets 1d4 to add to their next attack or skill check.

Bloodlet Lesson

At level 14, you show that letting attackers go unpunished would only result in more suffering.

When a creature hits you while you are raging, you may use your reaction to make one melee attack against the attacker.
