Base Class: Monk
This subclass aims to make monks deal more damage by giving them more strikes. As a result, some subclass features overlap two core class abilities, Stunning Strike and Flurry of Blows. However, they both have potent implementation in lategame. This subclass works ONLY with homebrewed Stunning Strike that cannot be applied more than once per turn. Finally, the Way of Crane reduces Ki points requirement, thus it is easier to multiclass in comparison to other subclasses.
Extra Agility
Starting at 3rd level you can use Patient Defence without spending ki points.
Additionally, your unarmed strikes now count as finesse weapon.
Speed for Accuracy
At 3rd level after you made an unarmed strike using your martial arts ability you can deal an additional unarmed strike applying a -2 penalty on attack roll. You can do it the amount of times per round equal to half of your proficiency bonus rounded down. The penalty is a -2 on a first strike, a -4 on a second one and a -6 on a third one.
Precise Strikes
At 6th level you learn to hit weak spots on the opponent’s body. As long as you have advantage on your attack roll you can render target creature’s limbs harmless. You should choose to neutralise either legs or arms.
- If you disarm creature’s legs it becomes prone and cannot get up for half of your proficiency bonus rounded down rounds.
- If you disarm creature’s arms it drops everything it holds in both hands and can no longer attack, provide somatic and material components or use its arms in any other way for half of your proficiency bonus rounds.
A creature must be a Humanoid, a Giant, a Fey an Undead, a Celestial or a Fiend and must have at least one arm or leg. Only one pare of limbs can be disarmed at once.
Wings of Wind
At 11th level you can summon ethereal wings as a bonus action. You gain flying speed equal to your walking speed until you remove them with a bonus action.
Supremacy
At 17th level your reaction goes far beyond a mere mortal. You now make two bonus actions on your turn. You can’t use your Martial Arts ability twice per turn.
