Base Class: Rogue
In your quest for mischief and merriment, you have embraced the role of the Clown. Your nimble moves and deceptive charm weave a tapestry of laughter and confusion, making you the master of comic chaos. With a mischievous glint in your eye and an arsenal of pranks at your disposal, you delight in turning the tide of any situation with your unpredictable antics. Whether you're juggling daggers or squirting enemies with enchanted flowers, you leave a trail of bewilderment and glee in your wake. No one can anticipate what you'll do next, and that's precisely how you like it.
Clown Tools.
When you choose this archetype at 3rd level, you gain proficiency with a disguise kit. When wearing makeup or a disguise of some kind, you gain proficiency in Charisma saving throws. You also gain a flower attached to your shirt that you may use to cast Acid Splash at will. (When Acid splash is cast this way, the flower counts as an "M" component. The DC used for the DEX saving throw is (8+CHA mod+Proficiency bonus)).
Balloonomancy
Starting at 9th level, you gain the ability to create various creatures out of latex balloons. The creatures you create are alive and take command from you until they are killed or dispelled. At your DM's discretion, you may replace one of the balloon creatures on the roll table with another. All balloon creatures have 10 hit points, 10 AC, a 25-ft movement speed, immunity to lightning damage and poison damage, resistance to bludgeoning damage, and weakness to piercing damage and fire damage. All ability scores are 10. If commanded to, the balloon animal can make a headbutt attack, with a +4 to hit, dealing 1d8 bludgeoning damage. You can control up to three balloon creatures at any given time.

Pantomime
By 13th level, you've studied the different arts of clowning around. Taking inspiration from mimes, you may cast Wall of Force once per long rest. When you cast Wall of Force this way, there is no "V" component.
Shenanigans
At 17th level, your silliness is almost too much to comprehend. Once per long rest, you can engage in shenanigans. As an action, you engage in shenanigans for up to one minute. While engaging in shenanigans, you gain the following benefits:
Ridiculousness. When an enemy attacks you, they realize the ridiculousness of the situation. Any creature that makes a melee attack against you must succeed a DC (8+CHA mod+proficiency bonus) Charisma saving throw. If they fail, roll a d8. Subtract that amount from the damage dealt to you. The attacker then takes psychic damage equal to the roll.
Unpredictability. You move erratically, making it more difficult to attack you. You gain a +3 to AC.
Comedy Gold. As a bonus action, you can tell a magic-infused joke. Up to 8 creatures of your choice within earshot must make Wisdom saving throws (DC 8+CHA mod+proficiency bonus). On a failed save, the creatures fall prone and become incapacitated by fits of laughter until the start of their next turn.
