Base Class: Druid
Time is as much a force of nature as air, water, fire, and earth. Druids in the Circle of Time have been trained in harnessing the chronological time-stream and bending it to their will.
Many Circle of Time druids keep clocks on them, or other measures of telling the time such as hourglasses or sun-dials. Some groups document detailed histories and timelines in places such as monoliths, pyramids or underground temples, as to protect them from anything short of an apocalypse
Bonus Cantrip
When you choose this circle at 2nd level, you learn one additional druid cantrip of your choice. This cantrip doesn’t count against the number of druid cantrips you know.
Reverse the Clock
Starting at 2nd level, you can regain some of your magical energy by sitting in meditation and communing with nature. During a short rest, you choose expended spell slots to recover. The spell slots can have a combined level that is equal to or less than half your druid level (rounded up), and none of the slots can be 6th level or higher. You can’t use this feature again until you finish a long rest.
For example, when you are a 4th-level druid, you can recover up to two levels worth of spell slots. You can recover either a 2nd-level slot or two 1st-level slots.
Turn the Tides
You can can meditate and see into the future. A number of times equal to your proficiency modifier, if you fail a saving throw or skill check, you can roll a d6 and add it to either your own or a party member’s roll, possibly changing the outcome. You regain all expended uses every Dawn
Timeskip
Starting at 6th level, once per long rest you can change the time stream and force an opponent to skip their turn. If you expend a spell slot of two or above you can have them skip a number of turns equal to that spell slot, or you can target multiple creatures with this and only have them skip one turn.
Time’s Repose
When you reach 10th level, you can reverse the effects of time on yourself or your allies a number of times equal to your proficiency modifier. Roll a d20 and regain those hit points. You regain these expended uses every dawn. Doing so costs an action
Premonition
When you reach 14th level, a number of times equal to your proficiency modifier, you get premonitions of the future, be it attacks, saving throws or skill checks. You may roll advantage using one of these premonitions. You regain all expended uses on a long rest.
