Wizard
Base Class: Wizard

Wizards who take this path of learning become servants of Ardor, God of Chaos and Freedom. They seek out to gaze, capture, and learn all about the monsters that roam the planes of existences

The Enchiridion of Monstrosity (requires attunement)

At Lvl 2 once you’ve taken this subclass, you gain access to a magical leather book with colorful gems and ancient tools in the front cover. Inside, there appears to be an endless amount of pages, always leading you to the page you want. Whether you slay a creature, a page would fill up with information about the creature as it captures their soul. You can spend (100 x challenge rating) amount to gold to call forth the soul of the creature as an action. They stay active for as long as you want, and can be dismissed back into the book as an action or if they die. If they did, their soul instead ascends into the afterlife. You may only have a summon with a challenge rating equal or less than your character level. However, you may summon up to multiple summons that total to your character level alternatively.

Soul Bind

At Lvl 6 You can tether your life force with one summon of your choice as a free action. When this happens, you regain a number of hit points equal to your proficiency bonus each time your summon deals damage. Additionally, any damage you received is halved and your summon instead takes that damage.

Chimera Infusion

At Lvl 10 At this stage, your information on monsters have grown to a new stage, allowing you to fuse up to 3 creatures of your choice. You can undergo a ritual that lasts for 8 hours, where to sacrifice three currently summoned creatures and transform them into an entirely new creature. This new creature is usually crafted by the DM, fusing all the abilities and physical properties of each creature into one. This feature has unlimited possibles with a lot of DM’s discretion and could even create a new summon that surpasses the current challenge rating that you can summon. If this happens, it’s up to your DM to decide if you can use it or the drawbacks of it.

Domain Expansion

At Lvl 14 After reaching the peak, you finally have mastered the ultimate power of Monster Hunter, allowing you to even recreate their natural biome. With this, as an action, you can target one of your summons within 30 feet and transform everything within 300 feet into it’s natural domain, giving it lair actions. If a creature doesn’t have a natural lair, you can create one yourself (however not all creatures can have made-up domains, and must usually be CR 10 or above).
