Base Class: Paladin
You have sworn yourself to studying and protecting the origin of magic itself, known as the Weave. Perhaps you grew up in an ancient library and now venture out into the world to find more exotic and relevant methods of spellcasting, or perhaps you were saved by magical inventors who brought you back to life, and you now use the Weave to protect others as it had protected you. Whatever the reason for swearing yourself to this Oath, discovery and control of magic itself await you.
The Tenets for the Oath of the Weave are straightforward and focus on the discovery of ways to use the Weave:
Knowledge is Power: The knowledge acquired over the centuries should be protected at all costs, as it is the only thing that keeps us from being lost to time.
Share the Power: The ability to harness the Weave and its benefits should not be only for the elite, but for all to study and develop.
Regulate the Weave: Those who can use the Weave must use it in an ethical way. It is your responsibility to regulate these Weave sculptors to keep them on the path of integrity and transparency.
Channel Divinity
When you take this oath at 3rd level, you gain the following two Channel Divinity options.
Spell Empowerment: You can use your Channel Divinity to exert your control of the Weave to amplify your allies spells. Whenever an ally casts a spell within 30 ft. of you that rolls for either damage or healing, you can use your reaction to channel greater energy into the Weave, and instead have them roll the maximum amount.
Arcane Assistance: You can use your Channel Divinity to draw upon the knowledge of the Weave. As a bonus action, you can use your connection to the magical laws of the Weave to help you and your allies better recall information. Choose a number of creatures equal to your Charisma modifier within 10 ft. of you. For the next 10 minutes, you and the chosen creatures gain advantage on Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma checks.
Oath Spells
You gain oath spells at the paladin levels listed.

Aura of the Weave
Beginning at 7th level, your protection of the Weave have made it less potent against you and those who stand with you. You and friendly creatures within 10 feet of you have resistance to damage from spells.
At 18th level, the range of this aura increases to 30 feet.
Arcane Surge
Starting at 15th level, whenever you use your Divine Smite, you can charge it with arcane energy to make the creature more susceptible to spells. You can force the creature to make an Intelligence saving throw against your spell save DC or have disadvantage on all spell saving throws until the end of their next turn.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all uses after a long rest.
Weave Guardian
At 20th level, you harness the full might of the Weave to augment your body to become the ultimate defender. For example, magical runes could cover your body and glow with an ethereal light, or your hair could become strands of blue energy to resemble the Weave itself.
Using your action, you undergo a transformation. For 1 minute, you gain the following benefits:
- You become immune to enemy spells 5th level or lower.
- Whenever you cast a paladin spell that has a casting time of 1 action, you can cast it using a bonus action instead.
- Each melee attack you make deals an extra 2d8 force damage.
Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.
