Base Class: Druid
Druids within the circle of garbage are masters of scavenging what is left to them by others. Coke cans, broken bottles, and an iron pipe are all valuable assets that have been forgotten by greater society. Druids of the circle of garbage fit into the circle of life by taking the scraps left over by all other beings.
Firearm Scavenging
Gain proficiency with firearms. Additionally, your connection to materials allows you to create basic ammunition for firearms. With at least 10 lbs of scrap metal, you can perform a ritual that takes an hour to complete. Doing so will result in five rounds of ammunition of a type of your choice. This can not be used to create ammunition that relies on energy, such as plasma cells.
Improvised Weapon Improvement
Using improvised weapons now uses a d6 as the damage die instead of a d4. This damage die increases to a d8 at sixth level, and d10 at tenth level.
Additionally, if you know the shillelagh cantrip, you may use it on all metal improvised weapons.
Expanded Spell List
Gain additional spells that are always prepared, but not counted against your known druid spells.
Commune with garbage
Starting at level 6, your connection to the waste of society has allowed you to gather information from objects you find. As an action, you can ask a non-sentient object a question. The object tries to answer honestly by showing brief flash-backs of events that have happened over the course of the past year. These events are shown directly to you from the perspective of the object. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency modifier. All expended uses are restored on a long rest.
Advanced scavenging
Starting at level 10, your ability to find valuable objects has developed into an uncanny skill. Gain proficiency with investigation. If you already have it, gain proficiency in perception. Your proficiency bonus is doubled for checks made with investigation.
Additionally, after making a successful weapon attack, you may force a defender that is holding a weapon to make a strength saving throw against your spell saving throw DC. If they fail, they drop their weapon. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency modifier. All expended uses are restored on a long rest.
Magical scavenging
Starting at level 14, when targeted with a spell, you may use your reaction to gain resistance to all damage dealt by that spell. You may make an ability check with your spellcasting modifier, the DC of which is 10 + the level of the spell. If you succeed, you learn the spell for the next 24 hours, and may cast it once without expending a spell slot. Once you use this feature, you can not use it again until the end of your next long rest.
