Peculiaris Elementarum

Not all experimentation has ended in the Bellatori program. These are the oddities. Psionics, abilities to manipulate elements, abjurations of other enhancements.

Peculiaris Elementarum are a classification for those whose enhancements have imbued them with the very elements themselves. Each Elementarum has complete control and mastery over a single element which now makes up their physical being.

As Elementarum, you use abilities that those of lesser education, namely savages, would call spells and magic, but in fact are simply part of your natural biology now.

Inherit Casting

Your abilities come from your physical being. As a result, you use Constitution as your spellcasting ability, instead of Charisma.

Elemental Physiology

Your basic physiology has changed and adapted to harness a single element.

Starting at 1st level, choose an element from the following list. This is the element you are permanently attuned to.

• Fire
• Cold
• Lightning
• Thunder
•  Acid
• Necrotic
• Poison

You gain the following benefits:

• You gain immunity to your chosen element.
• When you cast a spell that deals damage of your chosen element, you may reroll any 1s. You must take the second result.

Automatic Element Conversion

Starting at 6th level, when you cast a spell that deals damage of a type different to your element, the spell now deals damage of your chosen element.

Dangerous Biology

Starting at 14th level, your biology continues to change as a result of your enhancements. You no longer bleed standard blood, but instead, leak your element out of your body, dealing damage to whomever harmed you.

When you take damage from a melee attack made from a hostile creature within 5 feet of you, you automatically and immediately deal damage of your chosen element to the creature equal to 1d6 + your Constitution modifier.

Elemental Perfection

At 18th level, you barely resemble your previous self, and now take on a form nearly completely comprising of your element.

When you cast a spell the deals damage of your element, you can choose to automatically deal the maximum amount of damage. You can use this ability a number of times equal to your Constitution modifier per long rest.
