Base Class: Fighter
Through dedicated training, you are able to fight equally well with both hands. Your off-hand weapon strikes harder, faster, and you are able to execute blindingly fast combos to wear down your opponents. You overpower your enemies not by brute force, but though death by a thousand cuts.
Bonus Proficiency
At 3rd level, you are considered to be ambidextrous. You gain proficiency in one of the following skills of your choice: Performance, Deception, Sleight of Hand, or Acrobatics.
Relentless Combo
Starting at 3rd level, when you use an action surge, if you take the attack action as the extra action you may also take an extra bonus action that can only be used for two-weapon fighting.
Unending Assault
Starting at 7th level, whenever you spend a bonus action to use two-weapon fighting, you may make a number of attacks equal to the number of attacks granted by the extra attack feature.
Expert Parry
Starting at 10th level, you may spend a bonus action to prepare to deflect attacks directed at you. Until the start of your next turn, your AC increases by one for every attack granted by the extra attack feature.
Fluid Momentum
Starting at 15th level, if every attack made with the main attack action hits its target, you may make any corresponding bonus action attacks with advantage. This is counted separately for the extra action and bonus action granted by the action surge feature.
Guard Break
Starting at 18th level, for every critical hit you land on a target, the dice roll you need to score a critical hit on the same target is reduced by one until the end of your turn.

Posted Jun 17, 2019@theslothking -- What in the description of Unending Assault would make you think it ends early? It just lets you apply the Extra Attack feature to your bonus action attacks, so the number of attacks in your Action and two-weapon fighting Bonus Action are the same.

Posted Sep 7, 2018The way I designed it, once you get Unending Assault the number of attacks in the attack action and the Two Weapon Fighting bonus action are the same. So at level 20, four attacks in each. This means at level 20 while using the action surge, you have a maximum of 16 attacks. Fluid Momentum is a reward for good accuracy, so the advantage is only for bonus action attacks if you connect with all your main action attacks. These don't all have to be on the same target, so if you use your main action to hit a bunch of low AC critters you would then have advantage with the bonus action. This is separate for the extra attacks during an Action Surge, so you only get up to four attacks at advantage as a reward for connecting with the same number of attacks.
I know that this sounds a little overpowered, but in practicality it is actually slightly less DPS than an optimized Samurai Fighter. Samurai gets Fighting Spirit, which is auto advantage on all attacks no question asked. Samurai also allows for heavy weapons, so with Great Weapon Fighting they are hitting much harder with each strike. With an Action Surge, Fighting Spirit, and Rapid Strike, you can make eight attacks at advantage and one normally, averaging 244 damage per turn with a greatsword. Even with the Dual Wielding feat, the best weapon eligible for Two Weapon Fighting is a longsword, which does significantly less damage than a greatsword. They also wouldn't get the benefit of rerolling ones and twos from Great Weapon Fighting. Even assuming every attack hits -- so eight hits normally and eight with advantage -- you are averaging only 209 damage per turn with two longswords. This also takes into account the increased critical chance from Guard Break.
While I recognize that a lot of what this class does sounds unfair, I did my best to keep it as balanced as possible. It was designed to reward the character for good rolls and, as the description says, revolve around an insane number of attacks. In my opinion, Two Weapon Fighting is nearly useless in 5e, especially for fighters. This class was designed to make it useful and fun.

Posted Sep 3, 2018I just want some clarification on this subclass.... So as a level 20 fighter, I get 4 attacks with the attack action. With the ability "Unending Assault", if I chose to use my bonus to attack someone, since I am dual wielding, I can attack up to 3 MORE times using only a bonus action. Also, if I use my action surge for an ADDITIONAL 4 attacks, I can use my ability "relentless combo" to have another bonus action which would give me another 3 additional attacks. Those bonus action attacks, total of 6, are with advantage because of "fluid momentum". So if I am counting correctly, that is a TOTAL of 14 ATTACKS?! 6 of which are with auto advantage? Is that correct or am I reading this subclass wrong?
