As a result, they gain advantage on attack rolls made with ranged weapons, including knife throws, during the duration of Dead Shot Focus. Also allowing them to target specific body parts. 

Precision Strikes: Every shot and knife throw made during Dead Shot Focus is infused with an almost supernatural accuracy. Projectiles, including knives, follow seemingly impossible paths, bypassing obstacles and evading defenses with uncanny ease. Any attack rolls made by the Spartan, whether with firearms or thrown knives, ignore partial or full cover, as well as disadvantage imposed by long range.

They can reload their ranged weapons as a free action during the duration of Dead Shot Focus, and their movement speed is doubled for the same duration. The target must succeed on a Constitution saving throw against a DC equal to 8 + the Spartan's proficiency bonus + their Strength or Dexterity modifier (whichever is higher) or be stunned. this allowing to try to snap opponents neck with a 15 and above
