Base Class: Barbarian
Using unnatural chemical substances derived from magical monsters, you fuel your rage with performance enhancing drugs. You cannot take this subclass if you're immune to poison (this does not include features granted by this subclass).
Taking this subclass adds additional passive effects onto your rage:
Lingering Rage: Your rage is powered by the drug, which has a fixed duration in your system. Once you rage, the rage has a guaranteed duration of 5 minutes. Your rage no longer goes away when you fall unconscious, or if you do not attack or take damage. Your rage will end of you die and are resurrected within the duration.
Chemical Dependence: Your dependence on the drug leads to withdrawal when you go for prolonged experience without it. Every day that you do not rage, you gain two levels of exhaustion that do not go away until you next rage. This effect stacks for each additional day that you do not rage.
Chemical Rage
Starting when you choose this path at 3rd level, your rage causes your muscles to swell at the cost of your mental capacities.
When you rage, your strength score increases by 4, but your intelligence score drops by 4.
This cannot raise a score above 20, or lower it below 7.
In addition, you lose proficiency in any intelligence based skills, and gain proficiency in strength based skills.
Mindless Rage
Beginning at 6th level, you can’t be charmed or frightened while raging. If you are charmed or frightened when you enter your rage, the effect is suspended for the duration of the rage.
Enhanced Chemical Rage
Beginning at 10th level, while you are raging, your strength score increases by 6, and your intelligence score drops by 6.
This cannot raise your strength score above 24, or lower your intelligence score below 4.
You also gain resistance to poison damage, and cannot be poisoned whilst you are raging. If you are poisoned when you rage, the poisoned condition is suppressed for the duration of the rage.
Supreme Chemical Modification
Starting at 14th level, whilst you rage, you're size grows two size categories larger. When you deal damage with a melee weapon attack, or with a melee unarmed strike, or a melee improvised weapon, you may add both your strength and constitution modifier to the damage.
You may also choose to reroll any damage dice rolled as part of the attack, but you must take the new result.
