You have studied under a wise teacher in a long forgotten martial art which is a ancient and offensive version of the Way of the Open Hand, using more advanced techniques and channels one’s own will into powerful strikes akin to an iron fist.

Technique of the Iron Palm

Starting when you choose this tradition at 3rd level, you can manipulate your ki too make strikes from your palm as hard as iron. Whenever you hit a creature with one of the attacks granted by your Flurry of Blows, you can impose one of the following effects on that target:

  • It must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or be knocked prone.
  • dealing an extra 1d4 (2d4 at level 10) bludgeoning damage.

Force of Steel

  • At 6th level, you gain the ability to toughen your body to gain a force akin to steel. As an action, for 5 minutes you can increase your AC by 3 and choose one of two additional effects: deal an additional 1d6 bludgeoning damage when you use an unarmed strike.
  • strength checks to escape your grapple have disadvantage.

Once you use this ability you cannot do so again until you finish a long rest.

Molten Form

Beginning at 11th level, you can mimic the searing hot properties of molten metal to enhance yourself even further. A number of times equal to your proficiency bonus per long rest, you can use a bonus action for to give your unarmed strikes the effect of a Searing Smite spell at 2nd level and you gain resistance to fire damage for 1 minute.

Steel Soul

At 17th level, your body, mind, and soul has strengthened and toughened enough to truly become equal to iron giving you several unique benefits.You gain a permanent +1 to your AC, resistance to non magical slashing, piercing and bludgeoning damage, a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus per long rest when hit with an attack that would deal fire damage as a reaction you can spend 2 ki points to transfer half of that damage (rounded down) to add to your next unarmed strike, you cannot be forcefully moved by non magical means and get pushed/moved half the distance (rounded down) from any speed that would push/move you, you count as one size larger when determining your carrying capacity and the weight you can push, drag, or lift, you are counted as a large creature/object when being carried, pushed, dragged or lifted, and you have advantage on any wisdom saving throws.
