Base Class: Bard

With a quick tongue and a keen sense of absurdity, these bards utilize their art to both entertain and influence. Through their musical talents, mimicry, and razor-sharp retorts, they have perfected the art of turning even the most solemn situations into comedic spectacles.
At the core of this college's teachings lies the power of mockery and laughter as a force to be reckoned with. These bards possess the uncanny ability to employ their humor as a weapon, demoralizing opponents and rendering them vulnerable. Their melodies are infused with subtle enchantments that not only elicit laughter but also skewer their targets' confidence and resolve. Whether it's mimicking the grandiloquent speeches of pompous nobles or turning an enemy's bravado into farcical bluster, College of Parody bards understand that a well-placed jest can disarm even the most fearsome adversaries.
Epic Satire
At 3rd level you learn to wield words as weapons. Your learn the Vicious Mockery cantrip. This counts as a bard cantrip for you, but doesn't count against the amount of cantrips you know. The damage dice of this cantrip become d8s instead of d4s. You can cast this cantrip as a bonus action or as an action but not both
Inspired Jest
Starting at 3rd level, you can encourage your allies to take advantage on your foes' distraction and demoralization. For 1 minute following an ally's expenditure of one of your Bardic Inspiration dice, their attacks gain a critical threshold reduction by 1. This benefit can only be applied once within that minute.
Moreover, your mastery of mockery allows you to react to critical strikes. When a creature within 30 feet scores a critical hit, you can expend a Bardic Inspiration die to unleash a taunting joke, channeling psychic energy into the mockery. Roll your bardic inspiration die three times and add the cumulative result to the damage dealt,
Release the Tension
At 6th level, whenever you or a creature within 30 feet fails an attack roll or saving throw, your adeptness in lightening the mood shines. As an immediate reaction, you can deliver a shocking joke, selecting a creature within the same range. This creature receives a surge of temporary hit points, equal to 1 roll of your Bardic Inspiration die + your charisma modifier. This embodiment of the College of Parody's whimsical influence further weaves humor into the fabric of combat and camaraderie.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus and restore all uses after a long rest.
Perfect Parody
By the 14th level, you can harness your mastery of humor to captivate and incapacitate your audience. As an action, you can target creatures within 60 feet—up to the sum of your charisma modifier and proficiency bonus. Your uproarious performance compels them to make a charisma saving throw against your spell DC. A failure results in uncontrollable laughter, causing them to become both prone and incapacitated, their speech reduced to incoherent mirth.
At the end of each of their turns, they sustain psychic damage equivalent to your bard level and can attempt the saving throw once more. This damaged can not reduced a creature hit points to 0, instead they will be reduce to 1 hit point. At this point the effect ends for that creature. Once you use this feature you can't use it again until your next long rest.
