Rogue
Base Class: Rogue

Some rogues learn their arts in the wondrous realm of the Feywild. They discover a mystical connection to the trickster dragons of the Feywild – the faerie dragons and moonstone dragons – and enhance their skills with the magic of illusion and enchantment and the power of the radiant moon.

Faerie Fire

3rd-level Fey Scoundrel feature

You can call upon the magic of the Feywild to illuminate your enemies for easier attacks. You can cast the spell faerie fire a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.

Moonlight Strikes

3rd-level Fey Scoundrel feature

You can augment your weapon strikes with moonlight drawn from the mystic wonders of the Feywild. When you hit a creature with a weapon, you can deal an extra 1d4 radiant damage to the target, which can take this extra damage only once per turn.

The extra damage increases to 1d6 when you reach 13th level in this class.

Beguiling Glamour

9th-level Fey Scoundrel feature

At 9th level, your charm becomes extraordinarily beguiling. As an action, you can cause each creature in a 10-foot cube originating from you who can hear you and shares the language you are speaking to make a Wisdom saving throw against your Charisma (Persuasion) check. The creatures that fail their saving throws are all charmed or sent into a dream state (made unconscious) by you (your choice) until the end of your next turn, or until they take damage.

Misty Paths

13th-level Fey Scoundrel feature

You can weave a veil of fey mists to mask yourself. Starting at 13th level, you can vanish in a puff of mist in response to harm. When you take damage, you can use your reaction to turn invisible and teleport up to 60 feet to an unoccupied space you can see. You remain invisible 1 hour or until you dismiss this effect (no action required). This invisibility ends early immediately after you deal damage to a creature, or you force a creature to make a saving throw.

You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of once), and you regain all expended uses of it when you finish a long rest.

Fey Strike

17th-level Fey Scoundrel feature

Starting at 17th level, you can strike with deceptive speed. You can take two turns during the first round of any combat. You take your first turn at your normal initiative and your second turn at your initiative minus 10. You can’t use this feature when you are surprised.
