Base Class: Warlock
When monsters seep from the pits of treachery and shadows, seeking the blood of the innocent in places forgotten by the divine, there are those who may sacrifice their humanity to protect them. These individuals create such a void in their own souls that they become a sink for the life force and energies of others, a vampire that feeds not on blood, but on the vices of their enemies, showing them what true darkness can be.
As a Psychic Vampire, you now possess the capabilities and potential to drain the enemy of their health, stamina, and abilities through your spells and touch, making you a deadly opponent in all circumstances.
Upon taking this class, you may also opt (within your DM's discretion) to take your abilities a step out of the warzone, and trade your natural requirements for food, water, and sleep for a permanent passive drain on those around you, nourishing you without monetary cost but also putting you at risk of being discovered and potentially punished as you leech the life force out of everyone around you, good or bad. Remember, this is a choice you make, one you can't go back on, and you should discuss with your DM how best to approach it.

Witness of their Suffering
Starting at 1st level, when you deal necrotic type damage to any creature, you receive a well of healing energy equal to half of the inflicted damage which can be used on yourself or on an ally you can physically touch as a bonus action.
Testament to their Vices
Starting at 6th level, when you inflict necrotic damage you can tap into the strengths of an enemy and drain them of a single saving throw modifier equal to half of your Warlock level, bolstering your own saving throw modifier, to a maximum of 10, of that same type until it is used, the enemy has been killed, or you have been rendered unconscious or deceased. This can be performed once between short rests.
(ex. A 20th lvl Warlock drains an Ancient Black Dragon 10pts off its Con Save, leaving it with a Save modifier of 4, while adding 8pts to their own Con Save modifier which was 2.)
Judgement of their Weakness
Starting at 10th level, you can choose to inflict one point of exhaustion instead of life steal when you cause necrotic damage to an enemy, in turn recovering one point of exhaustion for yourself or any ally you can touch. This act can be performed 2 + Cha Mod times per day, to a maximum of six.
Monument to their Sins
Starting at 14th level, as an action you can touch a creature to take from them a single feature, action, or legendary action, and use it accordingly for the next minute.
By doing so, you also deny that creature the use of that feature, action, or legendary action until the end of the duration or you have been incapacitated or killed.
Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.
