Rogue
Base Class: Rogue

Slipstream is a Rogue Subclass that is awesome.

Against the Clock

When you take this Archetype at 3rd level, your displacement from time comes with a few benefits. You age at half the normal rate of your species, and magical aging effects are halved when applied to you. Additionally, you can go far longer without food, water or sleep. It requires double the time and effort before you succumb to hunger, thirst, or gradual exhaustion*.
*This does not apply for features or spells that cause the Exhaustion status. (edited)

Flicker

Beginning at 3rd level, you can shunt yourself out of the timestream briefly. Using your Cunning Action, you can teleport up to your Movement Speed in any direction.

Timeless Strike

At 9th level, moving through the timestream can be used for further tactical advantages. When dealing Sneak Attack Damage, you can use Flicker. You can choose to bring your Sneak Attack target with you, forcing them to make a Dexterity Saving Throw (DC Equal to 8 + Dexterity Modifier + PB) to resist this effect. You can use this Feature a number of times equal to your Proficiency Bonus per Short or Long Rest.

Chronological Renegade

Starting at 13th level, you've further mastered your control over the timestream. You can now Flicker with double your Movement Speed. Additionally, when you use the Uncanny Dodge Feature you can Flicker in any direction. You can use this Feature once per day.

Temporal Coup de Grâce

At 17th level, you know when your enemies time is up... Heh.

When you make a Sneak Attack, you can choose an additional target that is within your Flicker range. This target must Succeed on a Dexterity Saving Throw or receive half of the Sneak Attack Damage die rounded up. This Feature can chain from target to target so long as the next target is within Flicker's range. You can only attack as many targets as you have remaing charges for Timeless Strike, which are spent per attack made using this Feature.
