Chaos warriors embrace the unpredictability and uncontrollable powers of their own chaotic souls. It may come at a cost, but with dedication and focus they can control the outcomes of the effects to benefit them in battle.

Unpredicted Powers

3rd-level Way of the Chaos Warrior feature

Your chaos grants you unnatural powers every day. When you finnish a short or long rest you can roll a d8 to determine what special ability you will be granted till your next short or long rest.

When you make a melee attack on your turn, your reach for it is 5 feet greater than normal.

Whenever you take damage, you can choose to roll a d6. If you roll a 4 or higher, the damage is reduced by half. If you roll a 3 or lower, the damage is doubled.

You gain a hover speed equal to your walking speed.

You and any creature targeting you has no benefits from advantage and disadvantage on any attack rolls.

You gain the blinded condition, but you also gain blindvision of 30 ft.

Your Wisdom score increases by 2 and your Widsom maximum for that score is also increased by 2. However, your dexterity score decreases by 2.

You gain a burrow speed equal to half your walking speed.

Elemental Strike

3rd-level Way of the Chaos Warrior feature

Your soul is radiating with uncontrolled power and you can unleach it empower your attacks. When you use the Attack action, you can expend 2 ki points to empower your strikes. Whenever you activate it, you can add an extra martial arts die to all of your strikes until the beginning of your next turn. The damage type by it is determined by the number rolled. As your martial arts die increases the more damage types you are able to deal.

6th-level Way of the Chaos Warrior feature

Whenever you use Flurry of Blows, you can choose between one of these effects or both.

  • At the end of your turn you can turn invisible Invisible. While Invisible you are considered to be consentrating as if it was a spell. The effect ends if you attack, cast a spell or until the beginning of your next turn.
  • You can teleport 15 ft. away to a location that you can see.

Improved Elemental Strike.

11th-level Way of the Chaos Warrior feature

Whenever you roll for damage for your Elemental Strikes you may roll two martial arts dice instead of one and you can choose the prefered roll.

Timeloop

17th-level Way of the Chaos Warrior feature

Time repeats itself and your foes continuesly to feel your previous attacks hitting them. You can expend 3 ki points at the beginning of your turn. On that turn, evenever you hit a creature you can have them make a Constitution saving throw or be marked for the next minute. At the beginning of your next turn, the marked creature will take the same damage that you dealt against it on the subsequent turns before. At the end of the marked creature's turn, it can make another Constitution saving throw and end the effect.
