Base Class: Paladin
The Oath of the Wayfarer declares a paladin a defender of knowledge and serve as guardians to nomadic sages, scholars, vagabonds and learned travellers throughout the realms. Paladins of this oath make for the ultimate guides, safely escorting sages towards ancient ruins, hunting for dangerous flora and locating lost artefacts for scribes and sages. A paladin who swears themselves to this oath understands the importance of knowledge and swears to protect it at all costs, and sometimes the best way to protect knowledge is to keep it hidden, as paladins of this oath may hold grand secrets that would cause great harm if they were to become known.

Aura of Unimpeded Travel
At 7th level, you exude an aura that allows you and your allies to travel quickly and effortlessly. You and allies within 10 ft of you gain the following benefits. A creature starting its turn in the aura has its movement speed increased by 10ft, the creature doesn’t provoke opportunity attacks until the end of its next turn, the creature is unaffected by rough terrain and the creature can use its action to automatically escape from non magical restraints.
Silver Veil
At 15th level, you are able to save and safeguard your allies from attacks. When you or a willing creature within 30 ft of you is targeted by an attack roll, you can use your reaction and cause the attack to miss, the target is then teleported to an unoccupied space within 10 ft of it. The target then becomes invisible until the end of its next turn, the invisibility ends early if the target attacks or casts a spell. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of 1), you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.

At 20th level your oath has taught you how to travel effortlessly not only across your current plane, but between planes as well. Twice per long rest, you can cast the plane shift spell without expending a spell slot or requiring material components, when you do so, you can target 20 willing creatures and yourself instead of 8.
Additionally, you can cast the misty step spell at will without expending a spell slot.
