Haiku Clan

Within this clan, resided powerful sorcerers who possessed the rare ability to manipulate infinity and time.

The Haiku Clan had guarded this extraordinary gift for generations, using their magic for the greater good of the realm. The way of the Haiku

”The Haiku is known to be one of the seven most powerful clans in this world. Its members containing over one thousand members. But it is heard that there is a dark secret that the elders are keeping from the clan.. That they seemingly don’t want anyone to know.” 

Bravery

”The Haiku clan members are known to be brave, and strong, able to overcome anything in their way.. With a few exceptions of course.”

Honesty

“The Haiku clan members are known to never tell a lie, they are ‘mostly’ light hearted, able to see through the lies of others.”

Peace

“The Haiku clan members value peace and prosperity over everything.. Of course there have been some incidents.. But we do not talk about them.. Never.”

Rules for playing this class:

1. Your oc’s last name must be Haiku. 
   
2. Preferably, your oc should be good/neutral. Of course you can be evil, but in creative and realistic ways. For example, you can’t kill the entire clan, they would simply overpower you.

Spells

Haiku Spells

You learn additional spells when you reach certain levels in this class, as shown on the Haiku Spells table. Each of these spells counts as a sorcerer spell for you, but it doesn't count against the number of sorcerer spells you know.

1st: Detect Magic, Faerie Fire
3rd: Detect Thoughts, Misty Step
5th: Blink, Counterspell
7th: Arcane Eye, Raulothim's Psychic Lance
9th: Hold Monster, Telekinesis

1st level: Spatial Manipulation

“Your infinity has bestowed upon you some amazing capabilities to use as you wish.” 
As an action, you can use your sorcery points to do one of the following

• Cast a cantrip of your choice from the sorcerer cantrip list (1 sorcery points)
• At 14th level, gain resistance to all damage for the next two turns. (2 sorcery points)

6th level: Limitless Sight

“Your mastery over space enhances your perception.
You can see everything around you.” You gain blindsight with a range of 10 feet.

Additionally, as a reaction you can have one melee attack automatically miss you. You can use this ability after the roll has been made but before it is determined whether the attack succeeds or fails. You can use it once per long rest, and spend 3 sorcery points to use it again after expending it.

14th Level: Veil of Infinity

”You have transcended the bounds of space and time, granting you unparalleled mobility and protection. You learn how to abuse infinity for your own profit.”

As a bonus action, you can create a force field, which extends 5 feet from you in all directions. All melee/ranged attack rolls have disadvantage on landing attacks on you. This lasts for 1 minute, and you can reactivate it again by using 3 sorcery points.

18 Level: Void Domain

“You gain even greater mastery over space, allowing you to manipulate it to your advantage.”

As an action action, you create a force-field around yourself, making it rain upon others as a dome. This dome is centered on you, it extends to 30 feet in all directions, and it moves with you. It gives others disadvantage on your spell saves. This lasts for one minute. You regain the use on a longrest.
