The Rizzarcan

The Rizzarcan Warlocks are a rare and enigmatic breed of spellcasters, their powers rooted in a unique pact formed with the ancient and enigmatic entity known as Rizzarca. This otherworldly being is a mysterious confluence of magic, a sentient repository of Rizz and secrets that spans the cosmos. When a mortal forms a pact with Rizzarca, they gain access to arcane abilities and mystical insights beyond the ken of ordinary magic users. Arcane Bond: Rizzarcan Warlocks share a deep connection with Rizzarca, a cosmic entity born from the weaving of arcane threads. This bond grants them the ability to channel and manipulate raw Rizz energy with unrivaled precision. Rizzarcan Warlocks are often recognized by the faint but constant shimmer of arcane runes that appear to dance beneath their skin, revealing their connection to Rizzarca's unfathomable Rizz. Pact of Arcane Secrets: At the heart of their subclass, Rizzarcan Warlocks receive the Pact of Arcane Secrets. Through this pact, they delve into the very essence of Rizz itself, gaining insights and powers that transcend conventional spellcasting. Rizzarca imparts secrets of forgotten spells and lost incantations, allowing warlocks to wield unique and unpredictable Rizz. Arcane Siphon: Rizzarcan Warlocks have the ability to siphon arcane energy from their foes, converting their enemies' magic into raw Rizz. When hit by a spell or magical effect, they can absorb and redirect a portion of the energy, using it to fuel their own spells or to temporarily enhance their abilities. Arcane Shroud: At higher levels, Rizzarcan Warlocks can envelop themselves in an ethereal Rizz shroud. This shroud offers protection against magical attacks and enhances their spellcasting, making them nigh-invulnerable against enemy spellcasters. Cosmic Revelation: At the pinnacle of their power, Rizzarcan Warlocks unlock the secrets of the cosmos, granting them unparalleled insight into the workings of the multiverse. They can manipulate the very fabric of reality, altering the flow of time and space to their advantage. The Rizzarcan Warlocks are scholars of the arcane, seekers of hidden knowledge, and wielders of the cosmos's most profound secrets. Their abilities make them both formidable and unpredictable on the battlefield, as they harness the very essence of Rizz to achieve their goals. Whether a guardian of ancient scrolls or a seeker of forbidden knowledge, the Rizzarcan Warlock embodies the boundless potential of Rizz.

Rizzaran's Arcane Fusion

Starting at 1st level, your bond with the Rizzaran deepens, and you learn to meld your arcane abilities with this unique weapon, unlocking new powers and combat techniques. You gain the following benefits:

1. Arcane Blade Mastery: You can expend a spell slot as a bonus action to infuse your Rizzaran with arcane energy. For the next minute, your Rizzaran attacks deal an additional 1d6 force damage, and your attacks ignore resistance and immunity to non-magical damage. This extra damage increases to 2d6 at 10th level and 3d6 at 18th level.

2. Rizzaran Resonance: While wielding the Rizzaran, you gain proficiency in Arcana. Your knowledge of the arcane is enhanced by your connection to this weapon, allowing you to decipher magical symbols, inscriptions, and runes more effectively.

3. Arcane Flourish: Once per turn, when you hit a creature with an attack using the Rizzaran, you can expend a spell slot to perform an arcane flourish. The target of your attack must make a Constitution saving throw against a DC equal to 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Charisma modifier. On a failed save, the target is stunned until the end of your next turn as they are briefly overwhelmed by the surge of Rizz energy coursing through your blade.

4. Charismatic Strikes: Your Rizzarcan subclass introduces you to the art of Charismatic Strikes. You can use your Charisma modifier instead of your Strength or Dexterity modifier when making weapon attacks with your Rizzaran. This ability reflects your innate ability to harness your Rizz to enhance the precision and power of your attacks, making you a more charming and formidable combatant.

Arcane Phasestep

Starting at 6th level, your Rizzaran subclass enhances your connection to the Rizzaran and your mastery of teleportation magic. You gain the ability to perform short-range teleportations, enhancing your mobility and battlefield control.

As a bonus action on your turn, you can expend a spell slot to activate the Arcane Phasestep. You can teleport up to 50 feet to an unoccupied space that you can see. This teleportation is silent, instantaneous, and does not provoke opportunity attacks. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of 1) between short rests.

Additionally, when you score a critical hit with a Rizzaran attack, you can choose to teleport to a location of your choice within 50 feet of your current position as part of the same attack action. This ability allows you to gracefully shift around the battlefield, taking your enemies by surprise and repositioning strategically.

Scarletblade Mastery

Starting at 10th level, your Rizzaran subclass reaches its pinnacle, and you gain the ability to forge your Rizzaran into a weapon of fiery destruction. The blade becomes the Scarletblade, a manifestation of your fiery charisma and arcane might.

1. Scarletblade Manifestation : At this level, you have honed your subclass abilities to a new level of mastery, allowing you to manifest the legendary Scarletblade. As an action, you can call upon the power of the Rizzaran to transform it into the Scarletblade, a weapon of fiery might and Rizz. The Scarletblade is treated as a +1 magical weapon, dealing an additional 2d6 fire damage with each successful hit. Additionally, your weapon attacks with the Scarletblade count as magical for the purpose of overcoming resistances and immunities. You can maintain this form for a number of minutes equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of 1) before it reverts to its regular Rizzaran state. You can use this feature once, regaining the ability to do so after completing a long rest.

2. Inferno Strike: Once per short rest, you can channel your inner fire into a single devastating attack. As a bonus action, you can make a special attack with the Scarletblade. The target of this attack takes 4d6 additional fire damage on top of the regular weapon damage. If the target is a creature, it must make a Dexterity saving throw against a DC of 10 + your proficiency bonus + your Charisma modifier. On a failed save, it also catches fire, taking 1d6 fire damage at the start of its turn for 1 minute. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success.
