Base Class: Druid
A druid who discarded their connection with nature and instead tends and watches the dead and undead
Grave Watcher
Starting at 2nd, you gain the ability to call upon the dead as servants. Instead of transforming into a beast you may expend a use of Wild Shape to summon an undead creature they are summoned for 10 minutes or until they are reduced to 0 Hit Points. The summoned Undead rolls for their own initiative in combat. Summoning another servant will cause the first to burn into a pile of ash.
Additionally, while you have an undead summoned, you can use a bonus action to expend one spell slot to heal the undead by 1d8 hit points per level of the spell slot expended.
Knowledge of the Crypt
Starting at 2nd level, the rites of your circle grant you the ability to summon more dangerous Undead servants. You can use your Wild Shape to summon an undead with a challenge rating as high as 1 (you ignore the Max. CR column of the Beast Shapes table, but must abide by the other limitations there).
Touch of the Crypt Watcher
Starting at 3rd level, you gain the ability to reap life energy from creatures you kill with your spells or creatures your Undead Creature also kills. Once per turn when you or your Undead Servant kill one or more creatures with a spell of 1st level or higher, you regain hit points equal to twice the spell’s level or twice the CR of the Servant, or three times its level if the spell belongs to the School of Necromancy. You don’t gain this benefit for killing constructs or undead.
Necrotic Wildshape
Starting at 3rd level, your watch over the dead has effected your Wild Shape further, when you wild shape your form is now considered Undead and you may chose to appear zombie like or skeletal, additionally your strikes have been empowered by necrotic forces your attacks in Wild Shape now deal an additional 1d6 necrotic damage
Empowered Undead
Starting at 6th level, your summoned undead's attacks count as magical for the purpose of overcoming resistance and immunity to nonmagical attacks and damage. Your Undead Creature now only disappears when dismissed or reduced to 0 Hit Points
Expanded Knowledge of the Crypt
Starting at 6th level, the Rites of your Circle grant you the ability to summon more dangerous Undead Servants. you can summon an undead with a challenge rating as high as your druid level divided by 3, rounded down. In addition, you may now summon a second Undead Creature at half the CR rating of the first
Caretaker of the Dead
Starting at 6th level, when you cast Animate Dead, you can target one additional corpse or pile of bones, creating another Zombie or Skeleton, as appropriate.
Whenever you create an undead using a necromancy spell, it has additional benefits:
- The creature’s hit point maximum is increased by an amount equal to your Druid level.
- The creature adds your proficiency bonus to its weapon damage rolls.
Defenders of the Fallen
Starting at 10th level, when you fall to 0 Hit Point you can expend a spell slot to summon Spirit Guardians to circle your body dealing damage to all nearby hostile creatures for 1 minute.
Loved by Death
Starting at 10th level, you have resistance to necrotic damage, and your hit point maximum can’t be reduced. You have spent so much time dealing with undead and the forces that animate them that you have become inured to some of their worst effects.
Crypt Master
Starting at 14th level, you become the Master of the Crypt, you are now able to have three active undead creatures at your service, the two summoned after the first must be at a CR rating half or lower than the first summoned
