Bard
Base Class: Bard

A college of Rage bard tells tales and sings songs that stir up angry emotions in their allies and enemies alike. They are able to control the battle field through tactics other bard may find repulsive, but that just makes you even more angry, and thus gives you more inspiration. Some famous Rage Bards are Blackest Jack, MetalLicka, LockeDeath, and many others.

Bonus Proficiencies

When you join the College of Valor at 3rd level, you gain proficiency with medium armor, shields, and martial weapons.

Combat Inspiration

Also at 3rd level, you learn to inspire others in battle. A creature that has a Bardic Inspiration die from you can roll that die and add the number rolled to a weapon damage roll it just made. Alternatively, when an attack roll is made against the creature, it can use its reaction to roll the Bardic Inspiration die and add the number rolled to its AC against that attack, after seeing the roll but before knowing whether it hits or misses.

Extra Attack

Starting at 6th level, you can attack twice, instead of once, whenever you take the Attack action on your turn.

Song of Rage

Bolster your allies as you sing a song, recite a poem, or do a dance that stirs up a raging fire in all of them. Starting at level 4 you can as an action you can begin to preform in your preferred method, and any number of allies (equal to your proficiency modifier and charisma modifier) that can hear/see (depending on the performance) gain a small resistance to either slashing, piercing, or bludgeoning damage while you preform. When they are hit by an attack of the damage type you declare when you start to preform, they may reduce the damage of that attack by 1 bardic inspiration die (this does not take an inspiration die away).Any creature that you have inspired, and they still have the inspiration die, may also add that when reducing the amount of damage.

At level 10, a creature affected may be bolstered by your raging performance and instead of reducing damage, increase their damage. On a melee hit they may use your bardic inspiration die to and add the number rolled to their weapon's base damage. The weapon's damage must be of the type of damage you declared. If a creature chooses this option they may not use their reaction to reduce the damage granted by your song of rage.

At level 12 you can choose an additional type and all allied affected creatures can benefit from the damage reduction.

To keep the performance up you must concentrate on it as if concentrating on a spell (you do not get advantage on keeping this concentration from the feat War Caster). You can use one song of rage per day, or you gain usage back if an ally dies in battle.

Battle Magic

At 14th level, you have mastered the art of weaving spellcasting and weapon use into a single harmonious act. When you use your action to cast a bard spell, you can make one weapon attack as a bonus action.

Frenzy

While concentrating your song of rage, you may choose one ally affected by your performance and bolster their abilities even further. Using a bonus action you can cause one ally affected by your song of rage, until the start of your next turn, any melee weapon strike they use can critically strike on a 18 or higher on the D20. They lose this effect early if you drop your concentration on your Song of Rage. You may use this feature only once per Song of Rage.
