Base Class: Rogue
Plague Doctors have been around for some time, but never have they been this violent.
Medical Degree
You gain proficiency with Healer's Kit and Medicine. On top of this, you also have advantage against being poisoned.
Cure What Ails Ye
You gain the ability to heal other creatures for 1d10+class level. You can use this up to an amount of times equal to your proficiency bonus per long rest. Alternatively, you can expend 50gp worth of materials to create an additional use of this feature. As you level up in this class, the healing factor of these concoctions increases. At 9th level, these also cure poison (50gp extra cost), at 13th level these also cure disease (150gp cost extra), and at 17th level they can cure curses (350gp extra).
Surgical Procedure
Whenever you are doing a sneak attack, you can add on one of the following medical procedures:
-Lobotomy: The target gains the benefits of half cover, but if you hit, they are blinded until healed and take 1d6 additional damage from the sneak attack. Can only be piercing damage. Doesn't work against creatures with no eyes.
-Tendon Strike: The target gains the benefits of half cover, but if you hit, they are reduced to half speed until healed and take 1d6 additional damage from the sneak attack. Can only be slashing damage. Doesn't work against creatures with no legs.
-Bone Breaker: The target gains the benefits of half cover, but if you hit, they are unable to use whichever arm you hit until healed and take 1d6 additional damage from the sneak attack. Can only be bludgeoning damage. Doesn't work against creatures with no arms.
Plague User
You can no longer contract disease, and whenever you are subjected to disease, you instead gain buffs that run counter to the disease in question for a minute.
Master Of The Plague
You can craft diseases and use them against your foes. These vials of disease require at least 200gp in order to craft. The more gp you use to create these diseases, the more potent it could be. Work with your DM to figure out what the diseases do, and how much they cost to make.
Additionally, when crafting potions, the potency is increased, and the cost is halved.
