Base Class: Barbarian
For some Barbarians, rage is a form of power. A power that is to be used to help those who are not strong enough. The Path of the Valkyrie is lined with the bodies of your enemies, which in turn, has allowed you to make sure your allies are still standing. The Valkyrie’s weapons and armor are inscribed with runes that represent cures and wishes, allowing Valkyries to transfer those that have fallen to Valhalla.
Valkyrja
Starting when you choose this path at 3rd level, you go into a trance while raging. While in this trace-like state, you may gain rune charges each time you successfully hit a creature, to a maximum of your proficiency bonus +2. The runes remain active until your rage ends. They may be expended as a bonus action for the following effects:
Healing Rune: As a bonus action, spend one rune to heal yourself or another creature of your choosing within 30 feet of you for 1d4 + PB + barbarian level (increasing to 1d6 at level 6, 1 d10 at level 10, 1d12 at level 14). You may spend multiple runes at once to add additional healing dice.
Death Rune: As a bonus action, spend one rune to lash out at a creature within 30 feet of you as a ranged spell attack (adding your proficiency bonus + CON modifier to your d20 roll). This attack deals 1d4 + CON modifier necrotic or radiant damage (damage type must be declared when this Rune is selected). You may spend multiple runes at once to add additional damage dice.
Óski
Your rune dice is now a d6.
Beginning at 6th level, you may also gain rune charges when you take damage. Upon taking damage, you may use your reaction to immediately consume a healing rune and heal yourself for 1d6 + PB + CON (increasing to 1d10 at level 10 and 1d12 at level 14).
Dísir
Your rune dice is now a d10
Beginning at 10th level, you gain an additional rune type:

Valhalla’s Calling
