Heart of the Performer

Also at 3rd level, you learn how to bolster your performances by weaving your magic into them. When you make a performance check, you can expend a use of your Bardic Inspiration feature, adding a bonus to the roll equal to one roll of your Bardic Inspiration die. You can use this feature after you see the roll, but before you know its outcome.

Additionally, you learn to weave your performances into your magic: when you cast a bard spell which includes somatic and verbal components, you can replace them with a performance on your choice. You can roll a performance check when you use this feature, though it has no mechanical bearing on the spell's effects.

Mesmerizing Presence

Starting at 6th level, your performances become extraordinarily reliable. Whenever you roll a performance check, you treat of roll of 9 or lower on the d20 as a 10.

At 14th level, your talent under the spotlight and your healing abilities blossom and reach their peak. Whenever you roll a performance check, you can add half your bard level to the total of the check.

Additionally, whenever you restore hit points to a creature with a bard spell, that creature is healed for an additional number of hit points equal to your charisma modifier plus one roll of your bardic inspiration die. If you cast the Life Transference spell, this feature doesn't apply to the amount of healing you supply, but to the self-inflicted necrotic damage you take instead.

If you cast a bard spell that deals damage to another creature, this feature becomes unavailable to you for 24 hours.
