Base Class: Rogue
Noticed by a celestial being, you have been chosen to receive a certain set of powers. These powers were granted to you for your expertise in being stealthy and using said abilities for overall good aligned intentions.
Sight of the Gods
Starting at 3rd level, you can use the bonus action granted by your Cunning Action to make a Perception check, or make an Investigation check. Using one of these checks can reveal an enemies vulnerabilities, resistances, invulnerabilities, as well as reveal any magical items of importance the creature is using.
Divine Transportation
At 3rd level you may cast the levitate spell targeting only yourself once per day using your bonus action.
Empowered Radiance
Your melee and ranged attacks now deal an additional 1d8 radiant damage on a hit at level 9. (Your attacks get an additional 1d8 at levels 13 and 17.)
Divine Image
By 13th level, you have earned the ability to embrace your celestial image. You have to ability to make your body glow once per day, causing any enemy looking at you to make a DC 15 Wisdom check, or be charmed until you stop glowing. The glow wears off in 3 rounds, enemies who succeed must make a check each round until the glow is gone.
Additionally you gain the Celestial language if you didn't already have it.
Heavenly Step
When you reach 17th level, When you take the dash action, or cunning action, you may double your movement speed and not provoke opportunity attacks.
