Base Class: Barbarian
Some barbarians embrace the chaos within, becoming Maniacs on the battlefield. These warriors thrive in the midst of the fight, reveling in the madness and becoming more powerful the more chaotic things become.
Rampage
When you choose this subclass at 3rd level, your rage becomes a true rampage. While you are raging, you gain the following benefits:
- You can make a melee weapon attack as a bonus action on each of your turns.
- When you score a critical hit with a melee weapon attack, you regain hit points equal to your Constitution modifier.
Bloodlust
Starting at 6th level, your connection to chaos fuels your strength. Whenever you reduce a hostile creature to 0 hit points, you regain hit points equal to your Barbarian level.
Additionally, you gain advantage on saving throws against being frightened.
Release the Beast
At 10th level, you can unleash your inner beast in the heat of battle. When you drop to 0 hit points or fewer, but not killed outright, you can use your reaction to immediately enter a rage, gaining temporary hit points equal to your Barbarian level.
Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.
Bloodsplosion
At 14th level, your critical hits unleash a blood explosion. When you score a critical hit with a melee weapon attack, the target and each creature of your choice within 10 feet of it take additional damage equal to your Constitution modifier.
Additionally, when you score a critical hit, you can choose to enter a frenzied state for 1 minute. During this time, your melee attacks deal additional damage equal to your Constitution modifier, and you have advantage on saving throws against being charmed or frightened. Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.

Posted Feb 21, 2024THIS IS AWESOME.
Honestly, this is what Berserker should've been. The name doesn't lie! This subclass is for true Maniacs only.
