Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

WarArchers are Barbarians who use their rage at a distance. Being able to draw a bow back more, because of their strength, makes the WarArcher one of the scariest archers on the battlefield.

Weapon Proficiency

When you choose this path at level 3, you gain proficiency with Longbows. Additionaly, they are considered Finesse weapons for you, beng able to use Strength for the attack roll and damage.

Archer's Rage

When you choose this path at level 3, Your Rage changes to fit your Archery needs. While you are Raging:

-When you make a Ranged Weapon Attack using Strength, you have a +2 bonus to the damage roll
-If you miss a Ranged Weapon Attack, you can use your bonus action to make another Ranged Weapon Attack against the same target

Missile Catch

At level 6, while you are Raging, you can use your reaction to try to catch a Ranged Weapon Attack aimed at you or an ally within 5 feet of you. In order to catch it, roll a D12 + Your Dexterity Modifier + Proficiency Bonus. You reduce the damage of that attack equal to the roll. If you reduce the damage to 0, you catch it. You may then shoot that same missile as a part of the same reaction. However, your Speed gets reduced by 10 after such attack.

Reckless Shots

At level 10, you gain the ability to attack recklessly with your ranged weapons. Additionaly, enemies that have been damaged by your Ranged Weapon Attack with advantage take extra 1d8 Weapon damage from each consecutive Ranged Weapon Attack on the same turn, which stacks up to 3d8 damage.

Penetrating Arrows

At level 14, you may choose to make a penetrating attack. Create a line, of a range equal to the minimum range of your weapon without getting disadvantage, starting from your bow. Roll a Ranged Weapon attack against the first target in said line. On a succesfull hit, every creature in that line takes damage equal to the first hit target. You may use this ability 2 times per short rest.
