Base Class: Blood Hunter
To hunt the creatures of the night, you have embodied the one who can channel the source of your power the best. let the vampires' thirst for blood serve you well.
Vampire's Versatility
At level 3, while your Crimson Rite is activated, you can use your bonus action or reaction activate an additional effect. You can either withhold the Rite damage, regaining HP = to the damage withheld or force the creature you struck to make a saving throw against a DC = your PB + Hemocraft Mod + the Rite damage to the target, being inflicted with a condition for 1 round on a failure. The condition & saving throw is determined by which Rite was activated. This feature only works on strikes against creatures with blood.
Rite of the Flame. Blinded (Dex. save)
Rite of the Frozen. Their speed becomes 0, and it can't benefit from any bonus to its speed. (Str. save)
Rite of the Storm. Incapacitated (Con. save)
Rite of the Dead. Frightened (Cha. save)
Rite of the Oracle. Charmed (Wis. save)
Rite of the Roar. Deafened & the minimum threshold for landing a critical hit is reduced by 1 (ex. normally crit on a nat 20 now on 19-20). (Int. save)
Waist Not
At level 7, when you take damage, you can use you reaction to activate your crimson rite. I the damage was either bludgeoning, piercing or slashing, roll 3 of your Hemocraft Die. If the total of the rolls is less than the damage that triggered the reaction, you do not have to damage yourself to activate the rite.
The Feel of Blood
At level 11, you have Blindsight for a distance = your PB x 10ft using your senses of smell & hearing. Any perception checks made using these senses on a creature with blood is made at advantage. If either of these senses are compromised, you have disadvantage on all perception checks requiring the use of Blindsight except when perceiving a creature with blood, which is neutral. While both of these senses are compromised, you do not have Blindsight.
Maledict Renewal
At Level 15, when you kill a creature that has a CR greater or equal to 1/2 your character level, you regain 1 use of a blood curse. if the creature you killed was under the effect of your blood curse, you can use your reaction to transfer that blood curse to another creature within that curse's range.
Wrathful Blood Oath
At level 18, while your crimson rite is activated & you are in melee range of a hostile creature you have a blood curse on, when either of damages the other, you can use your reaction to amplify the blood curse on that creature. If you were the one damaged, you need not have to damage yourself further to amplify the curse.
