Fighter
Base Class: Fighter

In the coastal realms and maritime kingdoms, there exists an order of warriors known as Mako Knights. These elite fighters draw inspiration from the Mako Shark, embodying its speed, precision, and relentless predatory nature. The Mako Knight is a specialized order, mastering the art of swift and devastating attacks both on land and underwater.

Becoming a Mako Knight: Aspiring Mako Knights undergo rigorous training that intertwines combat prowess with a deep understanding of aquatic environments. Initiated as squires, they learn to move through the water with the grace of the Mako Shark and master techniques that allow them to strike swiftly and lethally. The final step in their initiation involves a trial by combat against a seasoned Mako Knight, demonstrating their ability to harness the ferocity of the Mako.

Knighthood Ceremony: The knighting of a Mako Knight is a solemn and majestic ceremony conducted near the ocean's edge. After years of training and proving their mettle, a squire is called to the waterside, where the order's elders and the Mako Knight who mentored them await. The initiate kneels before the mentor, who, with a ceremonial trident, gently taps each shoulder, signifying the embrace of the Mako's essence. The ceremony concludes with the initiate plunging into the sea, symbolizing their connection to the aquatic realm and the eternal spirit of the Mako Shark.

Role in the World: Mako Knights are often tasked with guarding coastal territories, navigating the treacherous waters, and repelling any threats that emerge from the sea. They are champions of maritime realms, equally adept at protecting their kingdoms from both naval invasions and underwater menaces. Beyond their martial duties, Mako Knights are revered as symbols of honor and guardianship, exemplifying the unwavering dedication to duty and the indomitable spirit of the Mako Shark.
