Base Class: Bard
Known for their angelic voices and love of spreading cheer through song, those of the college of carolling infuse their vocalisations with joy and magic.
What Sweeter Music
When you join the College of Carolling at 3rd level, your instruments are but an accompaniment to your powerful voice, inspiring those around you and even yourself. You can inspire yourself with your Bardic Inspiration. While you are inspired, you and allies within 10 feet of you have advantage on Intelligence, Wisdom and Charisma saving throws.
Rise up Shepherd and Follow
Also at 3rd level, your beautiful singing can empower you and your allies with healing magic. As an action, you can sing a string of healing words. An amount of allies equal to your proficiency bonus (which can include yourself) that can hear you gain an amount of hit points equal to 2 rolls of one of your Bardic Inspiration die. This does not expend any of your Bardic Inspiration.
Once you use this ability, you cannot do so again until you complete a long rest.
Do You Hear What I Hear?
At 6th level, your magically-enhanced vocal cords allow you to change your voice, from mimicking others to using it to find your way around. You can mimic the speech of another person or the sounds made by other creatures. You must have heard the person speaking, or heard the creature make the sound, for at least 1 minute. A successful Insight check contested by your Deception check allows a listener to determine that the effect is faked.
In addition, You have Blindsight with a range of 30 feet. Within that range, you can effectively see anything that isn’t behind total cover, even if you’re Blinded or in darkness. Moreover, you can see an Invisible creature within that range, unless the creature successfully hides from you. You cannot use this sense while you are Deafened. You are also resistant to thunder damage.
Night of Silence
At 14th level, your manipulation of sound has grown to allow you to cancel it entirely. The range of your What Sweeter Music ability increases to 30 feet, and gives advantage on all saving throws. While you are inspired, you and allies within 30 feet of you are immune to thunder damage. Hostile creatures in this range are under an effect similar to the Silence spell, except they are not immune to thunder damage.
In addition, your bard spells no longer require somatic components.
